We were founded in 2017 as Troop 1570 and chartered by VFW Post 1865. In early 2021 we were made aware that a new troop was formed in the Red Arrow District utilizing the 570 unit designation. We decided to officially changed our troop number to eliminate any confusion. We chose to utilize the VFW Post 1865 number and officially updated our number with unanimous support of the VFW to Troop 1865. We also felt as we now had scouts from 1570, 525, 512, and pack 750 this was a great opportunity to make a new beginning and continue building great memories.
